All adults, 18 and over, should have an Advance Care Plan (ACP). We are offering an ACP Seminar on Saturday, November 8, 2025 that starts at 9am with FREE breakfast and a lecture by myself and Emily Martin, JD, an Elder Law Attorney from Hook Law. Following that short lecture, we will have ACP facilitators on-site to help individuals complete their ACP – including providing witnesses, copies, and the option of uploading into the US Advance Care Plan Registry.
