CIVIC Leadership Institute is excited for the CIVIC Scholars Class of 2027. Each year, we select a dynamic and diverse group of undergraduate college students, from sophomores to seniors, who are professionally focused and community-oriented. During this academic year, these students are learning about issues in Hampton Roads, networking with executive business and community leaders, and engaging in their community through service days and impact projects.
